The US military ECWCS Gen III (Generation 3) is a system consisting of 7 types of tops and 5 types of bottoms, designed to adapt to various climates and situations.

The rare LEVEL 4 features a material that blends nylon and stretchy spandex. The windproof and water-repellent material is lightweight and useful as a wind jacket in cool weather.

It features the increasingly popular Universal Camouflage pattern, Velcro arranged in a V-shape on the front, and a zippered chest pocket with a mesh inner bag that also serves as ventilation.

The jacket itself does not have any padding, so it can be worn alone or layered for temperature regulation. It's also perfect for combining with a Level 3 fleece.
