This 1950s doll kit is made of hand-painted porcelain & is marked Japan. The doll is a take on old Victorian style dolls with curly hair, ruddy cheeks and an overall pretty face. Light brown hair & eyes. The arms and legs are nicely detailed with Victorian style high-button shoes. This doll was never assembled and is in excellent vintage condition. The old box had to go but the doll is like new. Marked JAPAN.
