1983 Handmade Porcelain 5 inch "The Concertinist" Angel by Margaret Furlong
The “Concertinist” is the fourth design in the five-year limited edition “Musical” series. This angel wears a graceful halo with tiny holly leaves and berries framing her face. The geometric folds of the concertina echo and compliment the soft ripples of the scallop shell body. It is with this angel that Margaret wished to evoke a sense of playfulness and joy.
Comes in original box with literature about the piece. Number 2933/3000. Box shows wear.
