The computer portion of this laptop works fine, but the display is broken and needs to be replaced.
I was able to connect to an external monitor to reset the device without issue (see pics)
Battery holds a charge just fine, but the cycle count is 721 and service is recommended.
Software has been factory reset with previous user accounts removed and Find My disabled.
