DJ Steve came to New York, turned up at the Beats In Space studio, with a pile of "Dj Steve special cuts", and laid down an extended mix. Then, nobody ever heard from him. Fast forward to Berlin 2013, and this mix had become a staple at the after-hours of a small group of friends, including Paramida, who would soon start Love On The Rocks. Paramida says it showed her another perspective of groove, turning her perception of dance music "upside down". Somehow persuaded DJ Steve to sign two of his "special cuts", Love On The Rocks presents them here.
